My Account is showing as account Locked. What does it mean?

If you see the message "Account Locked" it is due to three or more incorrect login attempts in short succession using your email. In order to regain access, you have two options:

Forgotten Password: On the Login page follow the "Forgotten Password" link and enter your registered email address, and you will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Once you have done this you will regain access to your account.

Alternatively fill out the Contact Us form and one of our customer service personnel will assist you in resetting your account.
