Login allows registered members to use the website databases and features. If you are not registered select the link to the registration page.
The Login page enables registered members to login by entering their email address and password. If you are a registered member and have forgotten your password you should select Forgotten Password.
Searching for Free You are able to use and search the databases before login in, if you attempt to view chargeable images and records you will be directed to the Subscription sign-up page, simply login and you are directed back to the search page. If payment is required to view a document you will be required to login and subscribe.
If a pop up window appears "There is more to see - Subscribe now" and you are already subscribed simply login
The FREE databases can be searched before login, then login to view further information. If you are directed to a Membership subscription page simply login to view the Free databases.
First check whether you are certain that have registered with Familyrelatives.com If you are not sure try to register. You may have mistyped your password and or email address when you tried to login or when you first registered. Please try to logon using your password and registered email address.
If you are unable to login with your current password click on "Forgotten password" enter your registered email address and a new Forgotten password email with a link will be sent to you to login.

Once you have requested a new password, an email with a link will be sent to you via email. The link will take you to a new Password page enter a New password of your choice and confirm the new password. Please adjust your email settings to receive HTML emails.
If you do not receive the Forgotten Password email from Familyrelatives.com please check your email security settings and adjust your Anti-Virus and Firewall settings accordingly. Please adjust your settings to receive HTML emails.
Many of the hosted emails such as AOL, BT, HOTMAIL, NTL (ISPs) have set up systems to prevent SPAM emails getting through. Many of these SPAM filters as they are known, will block emails that are either automatically generated by another computer or emails that you have deleted and named as SPAM.
In order to ensure that you receive our emails you should ensure that your filter is not blocking our emails alternatively please check with your ISP provider. You can temporarily disable your filter to allow you to receive an email once you have your password you can enable your filter
Either you are not registered or an incorrect or mistyped email address has been used.
Should you enter incorrect login details the "Invalid password" message appears, this occurs twice, then a "Forgotten password" window will open, enter your registered email address and a new password link will be sent to you to login.
The "Password locked" message occurs when your account status is "locked" as incorrect login details have been entered more than twice. Click on "Forgotten password" enter your registered email address and a new password link will be sent to you to login. Please remember to check your Email inbox for the "Forgotten Password link" for you to login
When a logged in member selects Logout it will end your session on the website. In order to ensure that you have completed the logout you must also close the internet browser. This is important as this will ensure that if you are sharing a computer which is not your own, the next user cannot access your account by pressing the back button.
