Deleting Your Information:
To completely delete your Familyrelatives account, please follow the instruction set out in the Delete my Account guide. Please note once confirmed, deleted account details cannot be recovered.
Access Request: Under GDPR's Right to Access, you can request the data we hold about you by contacting us from your registered account email address.
GDPR and Family History Research: The GDPR does not cover records of deceased individuals; therefore, most historical records on our site are unaffected. Records related to living individuals have legal public access.
Sharing family trees with living individuals requires prior consent. There is no GDPR obligation to update family trees for living individuals.
