Deleting your Familyrelatives Account is easy but we would be sorry to see you go
We'd be sorry to see you go and would like to try to win you back.
So before making the decision to delete your Familyrelatives account consider reaching out to our customer support team. They might be able to assist with any issues you're facing or provide insights into the benefits of remaining with us.
If you prefer to permanently delete your account and erase all your information from our database you can do this.
Deleting your account will permanently delete all of your personal data from our system.
This action is irreversible and once deleted, your data cannot be restored.
Please note we will not be able to respond to any queries regarding your account or subscription once your data is deleted.
Follow these easy steps to customize your email settings:
Change your password regularly.
- If you're not already logged in, access Familyrelatives using your email address and password.
- Navigate to "My Account" and select "Delete Account"
- Then tick all tickboxes and the button will become activated.
- Select “Delete Account”.
- A confirmation statement – confirm and your account will be deleted.
Please note we will not be able to respond to any enquiries regarding your account once it is deleted
